NAV là Giá trị tài sản ròng của một quỹ đầu tư, được tính bằng cách lấy tổng tài sản quỹ đang nắm giữ trừ đi các khoản nợ (nếu có). CCQ trong công thức này là số lượng chứng chỉ quỹ hiện có. NAV/CCQ có thể hiểu đơn giản là giá của một chứng chỉ quỹ đang lưu hành. Sự biến động của NAV/CCQ sẽ phản ánh hiệu suất đầu tư của quỹ đầu tư.
